چکیده
The extraction efficiency of stimulant drug, namely caffeine, was investigated using a 23 central composite design. values optimum condition were set at 468 ?L 1-dodecanol, 1 piece effervescent tablet, and 22 °C temperature. An enrichment factor calculated as 72 for 80 mL water sample. run time conducted in less than 6 min non-polar C18 column an isocratic mobile phase (methanol: 40:60 (v/v)) controlled flow rate min-1. A good linear response achieved the range 0.01-0.50 ?g mL-1 (R2> 0.998). Detection quantification limits 0.009 0.015 mL-1, respectively. average recoveries two spiking concentration levels within 75-105% with RSD < 2% (n = 3). Real samples beverages which contained caffeine river tested proposed method, results ranged 0.021-0.56 mL-1. eco-scale score green analytical procedure index confirmed greenness profile method through 88 has criteria,

متن کاملOptimized preconcentration of Imatinib using dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction coupled with HPLC-UV
Background: Imatinib is an antineoplastic agent acting as a tyrosine kinase inhibitor to treat cancer such as lymphoblastic leukemia. The dosage of the anticancer drugs plays a critical role in the survival of the patients. For this reason, the patient's plasma and urine samples should be monitored to obtain the necessary information regarding the toxicity of the drug. In this study, the applic...
